RETURN POLICY

Requests for Return Goods Authorizations must be made within 15 days of material’s shipment from Wholesale PMU.

Wholesale PMU will solely determine the eligibility to return any products.

We are not responsible for any issues related to third party shipping services.

Damage in Transit

Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage must be reported within 72 hours.

Defective merchandise will be replaced upon the return of the defective item.

Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection and the Wholesale PMU reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.

We do not accept for refund or exchange the following:

Opened packages of Needles

  • Pigment

  • Anesthetics, Anti-biotics

  • Containers with seal broken

  • Autoclaves

  • Sharpes Containers

  • Cosmetics

Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
